thanks a lot for your interest!

For the first interview, I would highly recommend taking notes. It's not something you can prepare in advance, but it'll show to your interviewer that you're interested in the company.

What I expect from the candidates is mainly to come with questions, to show their motivation and curiosity. You can also prepare the message you want to deliver for each experience you had previously: what did you like/dislike and how you put in relation to what you did and what you want to do.
