Thanks for your question. I believe it's very well linked with the account management and the partnerships you build with your customers.
It can go from having a strong presence with their team, ensuring project follow-ups and reviews, addressing changes if needed. Then it's also about seeing beyond the request and developing more strategic projects up to a strong partnership. Finally, it also relies on being known within the company and diversifying the collaborations with different stakeholders.

According to you, what else can you do to ensure recurrent projects?
